Who runs this website

This website is run by James Moos, an independent security, IT and AI consultant based in Barcelona, Spain. You can contact me at [email protected].

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, work email, phone number if you give it, company, company size, the situation you choose and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party fonts. Visitor statistics, if enabled, come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Legal basis

I process your details because you asked me to get in touch, and to take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for my legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who else handles your data

These providers act on my instructions. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for up to two years if we do not work together, and for as long as legally required if we do.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to restrict or object to how I use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or to the authority where you live.
